Wholesaler Account Information
Are you a skin care professional or spa/clinic owner and wish to incorporate MBK Clinical Skincare Solutions & MBK Cosmetic Solutions into your practice? Do you want to share MBK Clinical Skincare Solutions & MBK Cosmetic Solutions with your customers?
We want to connect with our wholesale locations and create a relationship based on aligned values to be able to follow-up with continuing skincare education, support, and growth. We are not a multi-level marketing company and do not use direct sales representatives.
Wholesale Exclusivity
When choosing wholesale accounts, MBK Clinical Skincare Solutions & MBK Cosmetic Solutions product lines is an exclusive brand accepting a limited number of spas and clinics in each city. We want to ensure that our spas and clinics have something exclusive creating return sales and customers long term. You will NEVER see our product sold on Amazon, eBay or any other online/brick and mortar location; we are strictly a professional brand. If your customers call us to purchase their refills, we will send them back to you.
Wholesaler Benefits

Minimum Orders
- Orders are $500min + shipping
- Reorders are $300min + shipping

Wholesale Application Process
- Contact MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness to Request Wholesale Application info@mebykatie.com
- Complete Wholesale Application and Submit Signed MAP Agreement (Minimum Advertised Price Agreement) with Copy of Business License and Esthetic Certificate/License.
PROCESSING TIME
Allow 2 full business days for an order to be processed and given to carrier for shipment; excluding weekends.
Add 7 business days for holidays, tradeshows, education seminars, and promotional sales.
TERMS OF SALE
By completing our Wholesale Registration on the website (https://mebykatieshop.com/), you the retailer are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders.
RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICE
MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness recommend selling at the MSRP to keep everyone happy. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness and will typically be granted on a semi-annual basis.
PRODUCT IMAGES
MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness will make available images that you might require for your print and online presence. Should you require any additional images, please contact us. Any imagery you provide yourself must be approved prior to use (please allow adequate lead-time for approval; two weeks is recommended).
PAYMENT METHODS
At this time, MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness is not extending credit terms. All orders must be accompanied by pre-payment. Your payment will be processed before your order is packed. Shipping will be charged at the time your order is placed. We accept credit card payment and PayPal online via our website.
WEB COMMERCE
No products or goods purchased from or produced by MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness shall be resold by or through any on-line auction or online store (such as Ebay, Amazon, Gumtree, Etsy, Trademe or other similar sites) without the express, written authority of MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness. If you are planning to sell products produced by MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness in an online marketplace/store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a Wholesale Account and listed on the Wholesale Application to be approved by MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness.
SHIPPING/HANDLING
Items will not be shipped until full payment is received. No COD orders. We use Canada Post, based on cost affordability, unless you specify/request a quicker mode of shipping. On all orders, we include the cost of packaging materials and handling fees in your shipping total.
MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness will not be liable for any customs or duties when you are importing into the country you are based in. Please make yourself aware of potential charges before importing.
SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
Carrier will require a signature upon delivery, unless Signature Waiver on Application Form is signed. By signing the Signature Waiver section of the Application Form, the account holder is accepting full responsibility for the shipment. For example, if the package is opened and/or stolen from the shipping address, MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness will not be held responsible for the loss and will not replace with new merchandise.
BACK ORDERS/PRE-ORDERS
You will receive a courtesy call & email when their order comes in, letting you know one or more items is back ordered / pre-ordered. You will be offered the option of either holding the entire order or paying extra shipping when the back ordered / pre-ordered item comes in. We do not pay the extra shipping to separate the orders, unless you order is going to be split up into multiple packages already. If we do not hear back from you within 2-3 days the back ordered items will be excluded from your shipment, and we will automatically ship the in stock items. You understand you are responsible for paying an extra shipping charge once those items come in.
EXPIRED PRODUCT
Returns on expired items will not be accepted as they are not eligible for refund. The MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness Skin Care Professional is responsible for rotating and maintaining their stock.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as paying any new shipping costs for re-sending your order. You understand you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred by MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness.
SHIPPING ERRORS, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY
Order errors must be brought to MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness attention within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. We endeavor to protect your reputation, and ours; if you or your customer finds an issue related to manufacturing defects during the first 90 days, we will work with you to find a resolution.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order arrives intact! If for some reason your order is damaged in transit, please report it to us within 7 days of the date you receive the merchandise. If you receive product with damage in excess of 10% of your order, you will be required to return the product to MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness. Please phone or email PHOTOS to report such breakage.
We will issue a credit to your account only for merchandise that has been reported, insured, returned and received by MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness.
RETURNS
- We accept returns on unopened sealed / unused product within 30 days of purchase.
- You are 100% responsible for return shipping fees.

- We do not accept returns of open product based on anything other than damage or pre-mature product expiration claims or re-called batches.
MERCHANTABILITY AND MISREPRESENTATIONS
You agree that MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness products. You also agree that MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentations of the goods by You or the final retail purchaser or consumer, and indemnifies MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness for any legal actions that emanate from such actions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge that products (including images of the products and information about the products) we supply you are products that have been created by or for MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness and MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness owns or has rights in relation to the intellectual property (including designs, copyright and trade marks) underlying or associated with these products (including images and information). You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise use the products (including images of the products and information about the products) and related intellectual property other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
OTHER
You agree that they will not file a chargeback with their issuing bank and understand in doing so they give MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness the right to take legal action to enforce these conditions. In the event MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness must seek legal action to enforce these conditions or collect a debt, defendant shall bear legal fees.
You shall not allege to consumers that they manufactured these products themself, nor appointees of themselves.
MBK Cultivate Skin & Nutrition Wellness reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement as necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice. Either party with 30-day written notice can terminate the relationship.

Please note that, regardless of whether you complete and sign the application, by ordering products from us you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
